The Shriners are an organization who work together to raise money and help
run the Shriners Children's Burn and Orthopedic Hospitals.
All the hospitals provide FREE care to children up to the age of 18.

Car Show
The car show is right around the corner and just about everything is finished for the show. All we need is for everyone to come down and help us out. Lets make this a good showing of our club as our divan will be present to help also. Contact Zane McElroy for more information and look in your newsletter.

Pancake Brunch at The Gardens
We are signed up to work the pancake brunch at The Gardens at Wapakoneta
on the 3rd Sunday In Sept. which is the 21st. All we have to do is show up and clean
tables for the most part and we receive the money from the event.
Please tell everyone about it so we can have a good turn out!
It will be from 11:00 to 1:00

Officer Installation
At our January meeting we had our installation of officers.
They will remain the same this year as the last year.

Contest
Below is a picture that was taken of some of our members in the early 1980's.
Who ever is able to correctly name the most number of people will be rewarded
with a free dinner, a prize, or both.

FREE PARKING
One of the first things our new Potentate Ray Combs has done is make the parking
at the Temple Free.
He believes we pay for the temple so we should be allowed to park there at no cost.

Our December Meeting
We had a great turnout of 36 people and enjoyed a great meal by the VFW
We also enjoyed great entertainment by The Seekers

New members were also brought on which include:
Bruce Swonger, Scott Swonger, and Greg Gargis

Plaques were also made to go to our businesses who are always supportive with us collecting!

Imperial In St. Louis, Missouri
June 29th- July 3rd
The cost will be $150 per night
The deadline for a down payment of $179 is January 25th
The final payment will be due by May 26th

We are always collecting cans for the hospitals
